CTM has today launched its new ticket on hold product, Ticketbank, offering clients real-time access to search and use outstanding credits on hold for the first time.
At the same time, CTM has rebranded its Online Booking Tool as u-book, the first step in the AFTA award winning company’s online platform evolution which will see innovative offerings such as Wotif content, changes online and mobile access introduced to drive efficiencies, cost savings and ease-of-use in client travel programs over the coming 18 months.
CTM Head of Product Development Ben Wheeler said Ticketbank was an exciting new development for CTM.
“Ticketbank will allow CTM travellers to actively search and use available GDS (Global Distribution System) credits on hold when booking travel through u-book in real-time for the first time,” said Wheeler.
“This will allow clients to increase the use of credits on hold by travellers thanks to an easy-to-use interface, and as a result, minimise waste and reduce costs in their travel program.”
Dependent on client preference, Ticketbank can show travellers all of the available credits on hold or just those applicable to the specific travel details they enter into their search query.
