Our independent status allows us to negotiate "route deals" or "private fares" to most major worldwide destinations on airlines such as Qantas Airways, Singapore Airlines, British Airways, Air New Zealand, Cathay Pacific, Emirates Airlines, Malaysia Airlines and United Airlines (where volume warrants). In these circumstances we can offer discounts between 11%-42% off the published airfares. Our reporting system allows us to pinpoint regular destination activity for the purposes of negotiating route deals on your behalf - you'll be happy to note that many of these airlines are in either the One World or Star Alliance and thus associated with Frequent Flyer schemes. "FareStar", is a unique tool allowing Corporate Travel Management to search GlobalStar's global airfare database with airfares from any country, and on every Global Distribution (booking) System (GDS). This allows Corporate Travel Management clients to benefit from the different IATA rules around the world, as well as any discrepancies between the different GDS'. In a single search, Corporate Travel Management can access over one million local market airfares from any of our GlobalStar Partners in addition to GDS and Internet content. FareStar allows Corporate Travel Management to scan multiple databases in multiple countries in a single search. For example, if Sabre is cheaper in the US, is it in Singapore? We'll check it out for you. We can search nett (wholesale) airfares loaded on to each GDS - is there a limited duration airfare available to travel agents in France? If there is we'll get it.
In today's environment of GDS deregulation and potential content fragmentation, it's possible that your preferred carrier is in one GDS and not in another.Corporate Travel Management's access to FareStar will allow us to manage multi-GDS searches to ascertain seating availability.
