Upon the attainment of agreed revenue targets, Corporate Travel Management offers a “profit share” arrangement for each event. This benefit is relevant to all air fares (excluding taxes), on all airlines.

Further to the services outlined above (Corporate), Corporate Travel Management manages travel for PCO staff & VIP bookings, e.g. Guest Speakers. This includes inbound travel to Australia for dignitaries travelling in Economy, Business or First Class and obtaining competitive corporate fares through globally affiliated Travelscene American Express agencies.

Corporate Travel Management takes the “guess work” out of working with a travel management company, by providing applicable website and brochure inserts/wording for your events.

Further to negotiating, managing and reporting on complimentary allocations of airfares with all airlines, Corporate Travel Management can ensure that the “sponsorship” is based fairly on any airfare type booked with the airline. Corporate Travel Management also negotiates that this complimentary “travel fund” can be used for travel to the relevant event or placed in credit for future use with Qantas.

We provide an enhanced suite of Management Information Reporting as required, e.g. credit card charge report, booking summaries, and/or invoice statements.

Corporate Travel Management presents business referral opportunities for PCOs, where corporate clients require event management or theming services. Corporate Travel Management is a logistics specialist, and undertakes international and domestic familiarisations for our PCO clients managing major incentives and conferences. This provides unique educational opportunities to explore exotic and new destinations for meeting, incentive or conferencing activity.
